Bill, President of CEC and Executive Lead on the CWL Project, is a seasoned leader in agriculture, feed production, and transportation logistics. With nearly 40 years of industry experience, he has played a key role in building and expanding operations that support sustainable agricultural practices.

After earning a Livestock Production diploma from Old's College in 1988, he joined the family’s liquid feed business. ​With a strong background in logistics, Bill and his father expanded into transportation, acquiring a Calgary-based trucking company. Today, he leads CEC’s daily operations, overseeing a fleet of over 100 pieces of equipment dedicated to collecting, transporting, and repurposing valuable materials
